近红外发射荧光材料的研究

中文摘要:

近红外发射材料在便携式近红外光谱仪、太阳能电池、光学通信、环境监测等领域有着潜在应用价值.其主要包含掺杂过渡金属离子(如Cr3+)、掺杂稀土离子(如Yb3+,Eu2+)的荧光粉以及半导体量子点(如Ag2S,PbS).结合以上分类,介绍了近年来近红外发射材料的研究进展.

Research on near-infrared emitting fluorescent materials

Abstract:

The near-infrared emitting materials have been widely used in portable near-infrared spectroscopy,solar cells,optical communication,environmental monitoring,etc.They mainly include phosphors doped with transition metal ions such as Cr3+,phosphors doped with rare earth ions such as Yb3+ and Eu2+,and semiconductor quantum dots such as Ag2S and PbS.Based on the above classification,this paper introduces the research progress of near-infrared emitting materials in recent years.
